Do I have to pay for shipping?
In some cases, yes. We offer free shipping for orders over certain amounts, depending on your region. Due to the high cost of shipping perishable goods, we have a minimum order of $25, and we must charge shipping for all orders under the free shipping threshold. Shipping for all orders within the state of Washington is free ($25 minimum order).
If you are receiving an error message saying "we don't offer shipping to..." that is most likely happening because you haven't met our shipping minimum order.
Return Policy
Our products are perishable and shipped frozen. We package and ship our products (1-2 day shipping) to ensure that they arrive cold. Upon receipt, all frozen items must be promptly placed in the freezer to ensure quality and freshness. We will not replace or accept returns on items that were delivered on-time, but perished due to improper refrigeration after arrival. All sales are final.
