At Xinca foods, we want you to experience our vibrant culture through our food.

I founded Xinca Foods in 2021. As a Salvadorian American born and raised in Los Angeles, I didn’t realize how spoiled I was by the easy access to foods from so many different cultures—especially the flavors I grew up with. After moving to different parts of the U.S., I found myself missing the food that felt like home. Knowing there were others who felt the same inspired me to start Xinca Foods, so people everywhere could reconnect with the foods I grew up with.
